Refund and Exchange Policy

Overview

Whilst we hope that you will enjoy and cherish your creations, we understand that there can be extraordinary circumstances that require the return of a piece.

Any item may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a single use store credit covering the entirety of the return.

Returned items must be in their original condition, box, and packaging, must include their original receipt, and are subject to examination and confirmation of this by our Returns staff.

Should you wish to initiate a return, please contact inquiries@allisonquaid.com; you will be provided with a return shipping label within 5 working days.

Returns must be mailed to the Returns Address provided on your receipt.

Allison Quaid accepts no liability in the event of nonreceipt of returns; only after your return has been received, inspected, and deemed acceptable will your single-use store credit be issued.

Any alteration, indication of wear, or indication of damage will disqualify items from return.

Please allow up to 14 days for the issuance and confirmation of your single-use store credit, which will be provided via email.
